All orders are final once submitted. Because you’re purchasing directly from an individual seller through the Reequestrian platform, cancellations or edits cannot be made after checkout.

You’ll have 48 hours after delivery to report any concerns. If your item arrives damaged or misrepresented, we’ll step in to help make it right.

Each seller fulfills their own orders. If you purchase from more than one vendor, you’ll receive separate shipments. Shipping and handling fees are calculated per seller and shown at checkout.

If the seller is local and has enabled Local Meet-Up as an option, you may select it at checkout. In that case:

• No shipping label will be provided
• Both parties receive a confirmation email
• The seller must mark the item as hand-delivered in their dashboard
• Once marked as delivered, the buyer has 48 hours to report any issues
• After the 48-hour window, the seller may request their payout, which will be reviewed and released by the Reequestrian team

No. All payments must be completed through Reequestrian. Off-platform transactions—including cash, Venmo, or other direct payments—violate our Terms of Use and may result in permanent removal from the platform.

These policies exist to protect the safety, trust, and mission of Reequestrian: to make the equestrian world more accessible, equitable, and welcoming for all riders.

Shipping and handling rates are calculated at checkout using real-time carrier data through our integrated shipping system. Each seller’s rate is based on package size, weight, origin, and destination.

To cover packaging, processing, and platform support, a small handling fee is included in the final shipping price shown at checkout.

If you order from multiple sellers, each shipment will have its own shipping & handling fee, clearly itemized before you complete your purchase.

Note: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur higher rates based on carrier pricing.

A 10% commission is deducted from each transaction. We offer reduced rates (5–7.5%) to select barns and verified partners.

Once your tracking number shows the item has been delivered, the buyer has 48 hours to submit a dispute or report any issues. After that window closes, you may request a payout from your seller dashboard.

All payout requests are reviewed and approved by the Reequestrian team before funds are released.

Sellers are welcome to adjust their own pricing at any time. Reequestrian does not run promotional discounts or flash sales on behalf of sellers, and we do not mark down already-listed inventory.

Our focus is on preserving fair value for high-quality equestrian goods—and making sure sellers retain full control over their pricing.

All sales are considered final. However, if an item is significantly not as described, buyers have 48 hours to initiate a concern. Our team will review each case thoughtfully.

• Meet in a public, well-lit location—such as a tack store, café, or designated public exchange area, municipal buildings, and police stations 
• Avoid secluded areas or private residences for initial meet-ups
• Consider bringing a friend or fellow rider along
• Share your meet-up plans with someone you trust
• Keep your phone charged and location sharing turned on

A Note on Off-Platform Transactions

Cash payments, peer-to-peer transfers (e.g., Venmo, PayPal), or other off-platform arrangements violate our Terms of Use and undermine the safety, transparency, and mission of this community.

We’ve built this platform to make high-quality equestrian goods more accessible, and to welcome new riders into a space that’s often felt exclusive or intimidating. When buyers and sellers move outside the platform, it compromises that mission—and puts everyone at risk.

Reequestrian does not supervise or facilitate local exchanges. By choosing to meet in person, both buyer and seller acknowledge full responsibility for their own safety and agree to hold Reequestrian harmless from any claims or liability related to the meet-up.
